Our new Guest List feature empowers you to effortlessly grant others access to your Semrush assets, optimizing collaboration and streamlining workflows.
What Exactly Is the Guest List feature?
The Guest List features allows you to see all of your collaborators and shared assets, such as:
Projects

Keyword Lists
The individuals you invite, aptly called “Guests,” are granted access to these shared assets, facilitating a smoother exchange of ideas and resources.
How Does the Guest List Option Work?
Within the User Management widget, you can easily view a comprehensive list of all the Guests you’ve shared assets with, along with a count of the shared assets. From the widget, you can:
See who you shared assets with
View the number of your shared assets
Invite Guest Users to your multi-user account
Additionally, the cost per additional user is significantly lower than maintaining separate accounts, making it budget-friendly and cost-effective for businesses of all sizes.
Check out the “Guest List” widget, and unlock the true potential of your team within Semrush.
Understanding competitor strategies is key, but being able to measure their effectiveness…That’s a game changer.
